Roman co-founded TraderEvolution Global in 2017 after nearly seven years at PFSOFT, the company behind the Protrader platform, where he served as Global Head of Business Development. His earlier role as Head of Marketing at PFSOFT gave him a grounding in how trading software reaches and serves financial institutions. That combination of commercial development and deep product familiarity in multi-asset trading infrastructure shaped the founding thesis of TraderEvolution: an on-premise, liquidity-neutral platform built specifically for brokers, banks, and prop trading firms. He works directly with key clients and strategic partners from the company's Dublin headquarters.
Oleksandr brings over fifteen years of trading software development experience to TraderEvolution, which he co-founded in 2017. He spent the preceding years at PFSOFT in a progression from QA Engineer and Support Analyst through to Product Owner and Project Manager, accumulating hands-on knowledge of every layer of a trading platform — from client-facing behaviour to back-end architecture. At TraderEvolution he leads research and development, overseeing the technical roadmap across the order management system, risk engine, front-end layer, and connectivity integrations. His background in both quality assurance and product ownership informs the platform's emphasis on reliability and configurability.
Slava has worked in the Irish funds industry since 1993 and brings three decades of financial services experience to the TraderEvolution board, where he has served as Non-Executive Director since 2018. As CEO of Irish Consulting Partners, a Dublin-based wealth management firm he founded in 2016, he advises on the structuring of QIAIFs, UCITS funds, and AIFMD-regulated vehicles for international distribution. His regulatory and governance expertise — spanning fund authorisation, Irish Stock Exchange listing requirements, and CBI compliance — provides TraderEvolution with an independent perspective on the financial regulatory landscape that its broker and bank clients operate within.
Viktoriya has served as Independent Non-Executive Director at TraderEvolution since April 2020, with responsibility for internal bookkeeping oversight and accounting controls. She brings experience across private wealth portfolio management and property and wealth management, having worked with Irish Consulting Partners and CL Metro Inns Ltd over the preceding decade. Based in Dublin, her background in financial controls and asset management provides the board with independent oversight of the company's financial governance — a relevant credential for a B2B platform provider whose clients include regulated financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions.
TraderEvolution is built as a genuinely multi-asset platform from the architecture up — a single system that handles exchange-traded products and OTC derivatives with full lifecycle support for each asset class.
Brokers deploy the platform in their own infrastructure and operate it independently. We focus entirely on platform development — releasing new asset class support, integrations, and trading features on a continuous cycle available to all clients.
