Deployment & Infrastructure

Can we deploy TraderEvolution on our own servers?

Yes — TraderEvolution is deployed exclusively on your infrastructure. You provide the servers; we deploy and configure the platform. You own and control everything that runs: the application, the data, and the client accounts.

What cloud providers are supported?

TraderEvolution runs on any Linux server environment — AWS, Azure, GCP, or your own data centre. There are no cloud-specific dependencies.

Do you offer a hosted or SaaS option?

No. TraderEvolution is on-premise only. This is a deliberate architectural choice: brokers retain full control over their infrastructure, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance. We deploy the platform on your servers — it does not run on ours.
Licensing & Pricing

Is there a per-account or per-trade fee?

No. TraderEvolution is licensed as a flat monthly fee based on your deployment tier. There are no per-account charges, no per-trade fees, and no revenue share. Your cost does not scale with your client base or trading volume.
Integration & Connectivity

How long does platform deployment take?

The platform can be deployed and running within 5 business days once server access is provided. From there, the timeline depends on your specific setup — instrument configuration, integration with your existing infrastructure (CRM, PSP, KYC), and connectivity to liquidity providers. We work through this directly with your team.

We already have a front-end — can we connect it via API?

Yes. TraderEvolution's Client API provides full access to instruments, real-time market data, order execution, and account events via WebSocket and REST. FIX API is also available for institutional order management systems.

Which liquidity providers are supported out of the box?

TraderEvolution includes 80+ pre-built integrations with tier-1 banks, ECNs, exchanges, and liquidity providers. New integrations are developed as part of Managed Platform Services — included for Enterprise clients, available as an add-on for Professional.

Can we migrate from our existing trading platform to TraderEvolution?

Yes. We support migration of open positions as part of the onboarding process. Our team works directly with your operations team to ensure continuity for active clients during the transition.

Trade history migration depends on the source platform and the data available for export — we assess this on a case-by-case basis during onboarding.

Does Pine Script webhook execution work on exchange-traded instruments?

Yes. TraderEvolution's native webhook integration supports all asset classes available on the platform — equities, listed futures, options, forex, and CFDs. No middleware or third-party connector is required.

Where is TraderEvolution incorporated?

TraderEvolution Global Ltd is incorporated in Ireland. Company Registration Number: 627273 (Companies Registration Office, Dublin).

How does GDPR compliance work with TraderEvolution?

TraderEvolution is deployed on your infrastructure — all client data resides on your servers, not ours. You are the data controller for GDPR purposes.

Our team retains technical access to the server environment for deployment, configuration, and ongoing support. This access is strictly operational — we do not access, process, or retain client personal data as part of our work.
